Ridley Scott Casts Hugh Jackman as Iconic Pirate in Adaptation of 143-Year-Old Classic

Hugh Jackman is getting another shot at playing a pirate. The Wolverine actor previously played Blackbeard in the box office and critical flop Pan back in 2015. Now, the actor is set to star in an adaptation of a 143-year-old pirate story being helmed by Alien and Blade Runner director Ridley Scott.
